Happy Meals on Wheels is a one-of-a-kind catering service that aims to utilize leftover food from schools and deliver it to slums, where people who need it the most are able to access one of the necessities of life. The food is then packaged and delivered to slums, where it is distributed to families in need. Happy Meals on Wheels is another shining example of what we can achieve as a society when we work together.
Currently, in this project, we pick up surplus food from Navrachna International School and D R Amin school five days a week, that’s Monday to Friday. We then distribute this food in Bhayli slums, feeding 125 to 135 people every day. We started this project 8 months ago, and since then 22340 people have benefited from this project.
